Return & Refund Policy

NOTE : Do order early or checkout using EXPRESS shipping for your holidays to avoid disappointment.

 

OUR SHIPPING PROMISE:

Chromittily partners with local and global Suppliers to provide you the best products at awesome prices. This means that your order is either shipped directly from a facility here in the USA or global areas such as China, India, etc. through partnerships.

Certain products that ship directly from our partners in these countries may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not receive it immediately. (Always refer to the description and) Your item is safely on its way to you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Have a return? No problem! We accept returns 14 days from the day of delivery. Anything beyond 14 days, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unused/Not worn.

- In the same condition you recieved it (no pet hair!)

- In its original packaging.

 PLEASE BE AWARE: We only issue exchanges for damaged or defective items.

However, if there was a problem with your order such as receiving the wrong size or damaged goods, please refer to the Refund Policy below, and reach out at info@chromittily.com.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

ON-SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

LOST ORDER – WRONG ADDRESS 


Chromittily will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

DAMAGED OR POOR QUALITY ITEMS 

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a clear photo of the poor-quality print or damaged area within 14 days of product delivery. Chromittily will replace any damaged or poor-quality items at no additional cost. 

 

DESIGN ISSUES 

If you have any complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame within 14 days of product delivery. For our All Over Print Adult Hoodies, please additionally send a picture of the QR Code label of the product. Refunds or replacements will be issued at the sole discretion of Chromittily if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork's product. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.

 

WRONG SIZE/PRODUCT SHIPPED/MISSING ITEMS 

  • If you received the wrong size/product, send us a clear picture of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame within 14 days of product delivery. For our All Over Print Adult Hoodies, please additionally send a picture of the QR Code label of the product.

 

  • If you have missing items in your order, let us know immediately! Send us a picture of proof within 7 business days of the delivery and so we can help you receive a replacement or a refund. After 7 business days we can't be liable for the missing item.

 


** We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days. **

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@chromittily.com.
